I got this in the 3rd challenge in Challenge Mode, I got surrounded by a horde of zombies and a bomber near the plane, I just let the bomber approach me and blew up killing around 15 zombies in the act, and of course those kills count for you ;)

I'm sure someone is going to suggest an easier way to do this, but here's what worked for me:

Location: Central saferoom on Santa Barbara island (crazy cat lady island)
Equipment: Flamethrower (possibly a fast shotgun may also work)
Setup: Upon opening the safe room, rather than running away and taking out the zombies as they approach, run inside and shut the door. You'll need to take care of 10 or more that spawn inside the safe zone and then just open the door when you're ready.
