All you got to do is Strike a zombie with a Machete (1st Blade weapon you get) Once or Twice and the A button should pop above zombie head so hit A and Easy Achievement unlocked.

It doesn't have to be a bladed weapon. I did it with a wooden stick using Kenji. Just hit the enemy once or twice and when it prompts you to hit the A button hit the A button. Make sure you don't hit the RB button or it wont count.
