This is really easy, and can be done on any Blazing Shot training event.
You will need to get a perfect score of 2400. This is achieved by not hitting any of the girl vikings and finishing each section under the giving time.
If you fail you can replay any Blazing Shot event again by pressing [start] and selecting Training.

This could be one of the first trophies you get. There are four Blazing Shot training events (one before each tournament) and to get this trophy you must score a perfect 2400. Take your time and hit only the male Vikings (with
