Please refer to the "Light Speed" achievement guide on how to unlock the Secret Dragon Sprint 1st.
Now after you have completed the Secret Sprint Once & unlocked the Light Speed achievement you have to go back up into the sky near the highest mountain peak & fly through the ring again & this time all of the rings will be green like a regular Dragon Sprint & if you finish in 90 seconds or less your achievement will pop.

There is no timer on this race, and without knowing the route it will likely be difficult to beat this time on your first attempt. Once you’ve completed the race, if you didn’t finish quickly enough you should be able to quit the game and find the ring again to keep retrying until you beat the required time. If you miss this you may need to wait awhile for it to appear again (I’m not sure if mine took a long time to generate after I failed the first time or if I just kept missing the ring due to it being so tiny).
