Stormfly's hidden trait (that is unlocked after collecting all 50 coins with that character), is that it can lock on to enemies that are farther away from before. Using this, you need to do an event (preferably a race), and get far enough behind a dragon so that you can't target them. Get as close as you can while holding RT, and let go of RT as soon as you see the lock on.
You must also try to get a clear path between you and the dragon you're firing at, as your shot can be stopped by walls.

This trophy is also much easier after collecting all 50 of Astrid/Stormfly’s tokens. Lock on to an opponent with 
and shoot. If they are far enough away, this trophy will unlock.
