By holding RT, you can lock onto an enemy. After locking on, you can let go of RT and your dragon will shoot a fireball at whatever you locked on to. Your shot will change direction to try and hit the dragon, but it will not go through walls.
This must be done during a race, and you must hit 10 enemies in a row without missing a single shot (you can hit the same dragon over and over).
Easiest way to get this would be to stay behind a single dragon, and just keep firing at it over and over. I'm not sure if the achievement is negated if you shoot a dragon that has a shield (little shield icon over their head), but if the dragon you're shooting at gains a shield, to be safe, move onto another dragon that doesn't have a shield.

When attempting this trophy be sure to lock on before firing and don’t fire when your target is about to turn behind an object. This should come regularly during a race if you aim for it, but if it doesn’t you can always play two player and continually shoot your slow moving second player until it unlocks.
