After opening the castle gate and pushing the cart down into the lava you'll find the fishing rod down below over on the left side. Grab it and move it around in the lava for a few seconds until a blue ball attaches to it and the Achievement will unlock.

On the outside of the tower, opposite you and facing where you first go through the first castle gate, there is a fishing rod at ground level. Move it around in Lava until you notice the end of it going towards the lava. Bring up the blue orb that has bitten onto the rod. Achievement unlocked.
