Early on in the level, you'll take a zipline over the spinning water wheel and will land on this balcony:
Through this door way is the room we need to clear. Inside you'll find 4 sets of drawers on the left, a desk and chair as well as a bed (including a sheet and 2x pillows)
I threw the 4x drawers out of the door and off the balcony, followed by the chair and then the desk. Next i threw the bedding from the bed out of the door and off the balcony which left only the bed to remove
I got the bed half way out of the door and the achievement popped for me

Just wanted to say you CAN reload the check point. Me and a friend messed up a couple times be falling off, but we were able to catch the ledge and pull ourselves up (keep in mind, host needs to grab on first since reloading checkpoint with respawn everyone).

I was able to get this after the drawers, chair and desk by only putting out the green part of the bedding, which I was thankful for because moving that desk was torture and I really didn't want to deal with the bed after.

when you take the zip line go inside the room and throw out all furniture.
make sure to throw it to the left and not in the water the chair could bug out and you have to redo it all over again.
if furniture is thrown into the water it respawns (chair stays in water and locks you from getting it.)
