How to unlock the Subpar parking job achievement in Human Fall Flat - Definitive Guide

You'll come to a section with swinging Balls/Chains, BEFORE swinging across them the Speed Boat can be found DIRECTLY below the platform that you're standing on.
Walk towards the edge, grab onto the ground and slowly drop down while grabbing the wall and you'll find the speed boat under you.

There's a hole in the floor above the boat where the floor meets the wall. You can drop through the hole to avoid missing the boat ledge.
