There is an easier route to the door (without the wall climbing method) by using the bucket to smash the window on the right, then piling up mattresses and going through that window.
Once through you can break the window at the rear and climb up the fire escape and get across to where the door is that you open.

Level: Demolition
For this achievement you need to progress through the level until you open the door just after the moveable platform and open said door using the crate on the button.
Once through the door, there is a set of blue platforms immediately to your right hand side. Climb up these and at the top is red double doors with a bar across it keeping it locked. Simply grab the red bar to unlock the doors and your achievement will unlock.
