Right off the start break into the building. Grab the lever and move the bucket to the left. Now you have to bring it back to the right and again to the left so that the bucket swings once you get it high enough bring it all the way to the left so it can break the glass window. Now break through the window in front of you and make your way to the broken window. Start climbing up towards the window by grabbing as high as you can. Then raise the unused arm and swing yourself to grab higher. Once at the window just climb through and the achievement is now yours!
