How to unlock the FIRST WONDER achievement in Humanity - Definitive Guide

There are three towers and three switches on this level. You want to command your people to press the buttons on the left and center towers, but avoid the button on the right tower. This will allow you to complete the level, while collecting all the Goldys.

Make sure that you complete this level (SEQUENCE 1 - THREE TOWERS) without using the right hand switch and this will pop, here's how I did it.
