First you want to create a stage in stage creator, it can be simple.
You will need to do a test run for this stage before it will be allowed to be shared, once created you can select your stage under stage creator and do a complete test run.
You should then be directed to the create and share section (if not you can select play stages on the main menu).
This is where you can share your created stage, achievement will pop after confirmation of share.
