To unlock this, you need to save 13 Goldy's. Once you have done this, you will unlock the Model: Hats and can then apply it or not. The achievement will unlock regardless.

After collecting 13 Goldys, you'll unlock a new skin for your people. Just unlocking this skin will pop this achievement. There are 150 Goldys to find throughout the game with many levels having multiple to collect. You'll need to lead your people to the Goldy to collect them and then deliver them to the goal block with the rest of your people using commands.
