Very easily done in Sequence 2: Trial 2. As soon as the level starts, walk into the hole on the left, the humans will then push the block on top of you.

You need to crush yourself, not people, with the block.

You need to squeeze yourself between blocks when a block falls on you - it doesn't count.

The trophy fell out on a level with water and blocks moving up and down. Swim up - the block covered - a trophy.
