It's possible to unlock this achievement without using any branch commands.
If you direct the flow of people against a vertical surface they will eventually spill over in to the two squares either side, it's possible to take advantage of this to split the people in to two separate streams without having to use a branch command.
There appears to be multiple ways of pulling off this trick. The first approach I tried allowed me to complete the level with the achievement unlocked, but minor variants in timing meant it didn't reply entirely consistently. The block you need to move ended up sliding back and forth between two positions, sometimes the goldy would make it across, other times it didn't. However, this did eventually point me in the direction of a solution which did repeat reliably.

Nice solution!
I did it in a similar way but let them overflow directly in the first underpass in the direction of the path.
The important point is that you have a direction marker for the people on the right side moving the block along the path, otherwise the the ones from the left side pushing the block through will just keep pushing.
And the ones from the left side I actually let get through to the right side, but used another overflow between the goldy and the „people goal“ so the ones overflowing to the right get into the goal and the ones overflowing on the left move the goldy.

This level limits how many turns and branch commands you can use. You are given 2 branch commands, but can only use one to earn this achievement. You'll need to use the 1 branch you are allowed in between the goal and Goldy on the upper floor of the level.

This one's a bit of a crap shoot. I had the same setup as the video, but Goldy kept turning left at the branch. After multiple retries with keep commands, I did a retry with clear commands for Goldy to go the correct direction.
