How to unlock the TRY, TRY AGAIN achievement in Humanity - Definitive Guide

To do this you need to unlock Retry: Keep Commands which is the Goldy power unlocked with nine. After you get the power you can load any level and retry in the pause screen. You can spam restarts you dont need to put down any commands first.

Most likely, you will get it during the optional test in Chapter 2, where you need to lift the little men to the very top of the wall. By the time you figure out exactly how to push the blocks to pick up the second GOLD, you’ll spend just 5 attempts. An important condition is that you need to replay the level while saving your moves.
