This cheevo speaks for itself. At some point in the Early Modern Era you will be able to research the regrowth of forests. You will need this for this achievement.
Once you have this you will probably also have a few cities and now you can build a "forest district". One forest should take one turn. Easy math: 6 cities, stack 5 forest districts each and the achievement should pop in five turns.
Extra Speed Tip: You can speed this up by growing forests within your outposts instead of in your cities. They are built instantly, but it will cost influence so be aware of that.
