Just travel to one of the compounds and activate both the gramophone and the piano by pressing "x". Not every single one of the compounds has both, so take a look around until you find them or you just visit several compounds. I usually find atleast the piano at the Healing-Waters Church. The gramophone seems to be spawning far more often.
Keep in mind hostile hunsters might hear you activating the gramophone or the piano, so watch out because this will probably give away your exact position.
