How to unlock the Deadeye achievement in Hunt: Showdown - Definitive Guide
Regular Method:
Each shot to the head will increase the tracker by 1%, and killing an enemy hunter by headshot after they have been revived will count again. In regular play, snipers are effective at long range, whereas pistols with stocks are very effective at short to medium distances (as of version 1.552).
Boosting Method:
Setup
Requires at least 3 players. Every participant goes into settings and disables Crossplay, and changes the server to Oceania (no Secondary Server). Disable Skill-Based, as well as Three-Man Teams (if applicable). Search at the same time.
Process
One person will go for the headshots, while the others will be getting shot and reviving their teammates. The number of times a player can be revived is based on their health bars, so players should aim to recruit hunters that have 5 health bars.
Once loaded in, ensure that you are in the same game (look at map, weather, boss contracts) and meet at a mutually agreeable location. Once there, shoot one person and then wait for them to be revived. Do this 4 times, and then shoot the other(s) that many times as well. Once everyone has been killed the maximum number of times, kill everyone a final time and then kill yourself. You should be able to get a minimum of 10 headshots a round (assuming a 1 vs. 2 set-up).
Bonus Kills: When the victims banish a boss, they get all of their health back - meaning you can get another 8-16 headshots in the same game. Experienced players capable of quickly dispatching an easy boss like the Butcher or Scrapbeak (i.e. with sticky bombs or a Bomb Lance) can kill the boss, but wait to banish until they have completed the first set of headshots with both characters. Often, the boss spawns in a compound relatively close to where each team spawns. Grab a clue or two as you run to each other to narrow down the location.

Nice method! Another decent one if you have four players, is to have one player on each side go at a time. You'll want to meet up somewhere on the outskirts of the map, to hopefully more easily avoid other players. You'll want to get into a building, so randoms have to get much closer if they want to take shot at your group.
Then have the first person on one team headshot the other team until the second person who will be going next no longer has any revives left. Then the first headshots and kills the other player on the second person's team. Then the second goes, finishing off the first team when they are out of revives. This method can get two people in each match 6-9 headshots.
Not sure what method would be faster, but I think the one I used could be better for newer players who aren't great at the PVP, or the game in general.

Hi guys! So me and 3 other hunters were boosting for "Deadeye" and got tired of having to stare at the "finding match" bar when going for this achievement, every time we got a couple of head shots. So we discovered an alternative method. The whole idea is build around the regeneration shots and bounty token. We managed to get almost 3 players achievements done in 1 game (most of us were around 20% though) assuming you 4 are alone in the match.
This is best done with 2 teams of 2 players each
- Oceania servers (low player count, but beware there is a huge delay)
- Skill-based OFF
- Teams of 3 OFF
Meet up at a boss lair.
Kill the boss BUT DON'T START TO BANISH IT! aka DO NOT PRESS X on the boss when it dies.
Everyone brings regeneration shots (10min each so 2-3 is enough)
So lets say everyone of the 4 players is called a letter. Person A,B,C,D (team 1 [A and B] team 2 [C and D] ) so it is easier to explain.
Person A goes for the achievement and person B (hes buddy) needs to do nothing for now. Person C needs to be the one who gets killed over and over, and person D revives him every time. When he can't be revived anymore, team 2 (the team who gets killed) needs to start banishing (so that team 2 gets their health segments back) and team 1 can repeat the process. When team 2 can't revive anymore, person D picks up the bounty and can now revive person C but at the cost of some health (right under 2 bars if it is a big and a small bar). The regeneration shot slowly heals the person who is reviving and last 10mins. To save time the person who gets killed can heal the person reviving in between to speed up the process.
You get the idea, there is no limit on how many times you can revive like this with the bounty token, and the second bounty should be saved for team 1 so that team 2 can work on it as well.

This is how I earned this achievement with Z1ppy and Stefi and I would say the only limitations are that you might eventually run out of ammunition so perhaps take an ammo box or pilfer the boss lair for more (including health kits).

The hardest trophy in the game, I’ll tell you a couple of ways to make it easier to get. You can take the easy route and start with your friends, you generally need 2-3 people, choose the Oceania region, there are always the fewest people playing there, turn off cross-play, remove skill selection and leave the selection of 3 players and, just in case, remove yourself from friends in PSN, as soon as you have loaded, check the location with your friends (bosses, evacuations), after that two or three of your friends must kill the boss and wait for the expulsion so that there is a reward, with the reward you can resurrect dead partners as many times as you like, in the end everything is simple, you start boosting headshots by constantly killing one or two hunters, and one with a reward will be resurrected, and so on until you receive a trophy. If you decide to get a trophy honestly, I highly recommend that you always use a weapon with optics, especially the Sparks rifle, and be sure to take the “Sniper” and “Precision Shooting” skills.
