This one is quite simple and should only take you a couple of games - just aim for the head of some monsters, e.g. Grunts and Hives are the easiest to kill. They die with one bullet.
Try to eliminate all the others hunters - after that, the whole map is yours. You can simply roam around the area and kill as many monsters with a headshot as you can find.

This can be a bit tricky if you are trying to play normally, as this game requires you to be stealthy and quiet, you can hear gunshots across the map very clearly!
A good way to 'farm' the 150 headshots needed is attempting this once every other hunter is killed; you can freely roam the map without fear of being hunted yourself. Use this to farm a lot of headshots against the weak grunt enemies. You can go to the ammo pickups or use other weapons if you run out of ammo.
