Equip your hunter with a Fire Bomb and a Poison Bomb.
You now need to find an enemy that will inflict bleed on you, purposefully get hit by them.
Now you are bleeding, quickly pull out the fire bomb, and poison bomb and throw them on the floor.
Run into the fire and poison cloud and the trophy will pop!
