This Achievement is done on Mission 1 The Hoodlum Dolls Stage 2(Sid Handsome)
Once you get close to the boss fight you will see a red guitar on the floor which you can pickup as a weapon. Pick up the guitar with the B button and now rush and jump over the remaining enemioes to get to the boss fight against Sid Handsome. Once the fight starts hit him with the guitar until it breaks to earn this achievement. You will have to hit him 4 times so make sure you pick up health if you are worried about being killed before landing the 4 hits required to break the guitar.
