This Achievement is done on Mission 3 The Heatseekers Stage 2(Suki the Sniper)
Fight through the stage until you get to the boss fight(bounty)
Keep changing levels and shooting Suki with any firepower you may have. Once she is down to very little health keep dodging her and wait for her to use her missile attack. Once she shoots it jump close to Suki to make the missile hit her and kill her unlocking the achievement for you. If you make a mistake and die the checkpoint is at the start of the boss fight which makes it easy to keep trying.
When trying to get the missile to hit Suki , try and jump from an angle and land under her which causes the missile to hit her from above. This is a tricky achievement , but with unlimited tries from the start of the boss battle , you will get it sooner or later.
