This Achievement is done on Mission 2 The Misconducts Stage 1(TNT Randy)
This is the first stage that the Sawed-Off shotgun is available. You have to shoot and kill the enemies at close range so they actually splatter. The easiest way is to stay behind cover and as they are right next to cover shoot them. You can get the sawed-off shotgun about 4-5 times in this level so there is more then enough enemies and chances to kill 10 of them in this way. Also if you die it is cumulative and you can just keep killing with it , dieing and rinse and repeat until you get the 10 required and the achievement.
