"Banished" - "As E'lara, send the demon in the library back to hell at the end of Chapter 4"
Play Chapter 4 as E'lara and kill the final boss.
Can be done on any difficulty.
***SLIGHT SPOILER BELOW***
To defeat the demon you first need to take out his shield. To do this destroy the corpses he summons. There will be 4 around him. Once this is done, lay into him with everything except fire. It helps to Battle Charge Caddoc with lightning and hope that he reciprocates.
