The boss of chapter 2 is super easy. Once you see the spider, just start running. Once you get to a brick wall wait a sec, and the spider will smash it. Keep running. This time some Wargar try to oppose you; you don't have time for them, so keep running to the next brick wall which will also be smashed by the spider. Now, just run for the arch.
Finally you can stand your ground! Mount the ballistae and fire shots at the spider's head. These must connect, as you only have a certain amount of time before it breaks through the arch. Once you score a couple of good hits, the camera will pan to a stalactite. Hit that with ballista shots twice to impale the Queen of Darkness.
Obviously your doing this all while controlling E'Lara to get this achievement.
