You will get this in Chapter 5 very early on - can be done by either character.
You will go up to a raised section and see a turret - both Caddoc & E'lara will comment on it so it's pretty much impossible to miss. Press B to use the turret and then just keep your finger on the trigger. Several waves of enemies (Wargar then Crawlers and finally Minotaurs) will come and the turret will take them out quite easily. There are significantly more than 15 enemies so don't worry if your partner manages a few kills.
