All you have to do for this one is wait for a preyon to target you, and when it gets you, press RB and use taunt.

Unless I am wrong you should add that you got to unlock taunt in abilities. You do it when you level up after awhile.

. When you hear the scream of a Preyon targeting you, wait until you see it flying towards you and taunt it.
