I got this achievement accidentally.
What I did was I threw a grenade at a cover with 3 or more enemies on it. Right before it goes off, start flying to a different cover. If the grenade kills all of the enemies (which it did for me) you'll get the achievement.

This may help you guys attempting to get this achievement.
The achievement requires you to get three kills in a row without landing on cover.
First off...I would purchase the trident special weapon. This weapon is a rocket launcher which is okay against a single person but it's better in causing damage to a short vicinity of enemies.
Now u want to get in a gametype such as artifact or king of the hill. Since the enemy team will most likely be in close range. I would preferably flank the enemy to make this is tad bit easier since it's hard getting multiple shots in while traveling directly in the enemies vision.
Remember that killstreaks count towards this achievement as well. If there's anything I didn't include just comment below. =D

You must kill three enemies without landing at a piece of cover. You can either try this by constantly jetpacking around the map or you can combine this with Pineapple Surprise. Equip a grenade or fusion grenade and wait for three enemies to group up (objective gametypes like King of the Hill are better for this). Once they are grouped together, toss the grenade and jetpack into the air. Stay flying until the grenade detonates and kills three enemies.
