Core Breach is unlocked using an unlock token from leveling up. Play King of the Hill and wait for the entire enemy team to enter the King Zone. Once they are all there, equip and activate the ability. As it charges up, jetpack into the King Zone and hope you detonate before all the enemies realize you are there. If all three die from the explosion, you will unlock this achievement.
