How to unlock the Chain Dash Champion achievement in Hyper Light Drifter - Definitive Guide

This can be done in the hut where you upgrade your dash movement. Inside of the hut is a large room you can dash around in. Simply get a dash combo of 25 (someone please confirm - I got 26 and it unlocked). There is a counter at the bottom of the screen that keeps track. Straightforward enough.

Somewhere around that, First time i was there, i dashed for more than 50, so don't really know what combo the achievement hits on xD

Anyways... i don't know much of the collect everything gear thing...
But doing 100 Combo i think first time, unlocks a reward on top left...
and then there is an opportunity for a 2nd reward...
Which is for doing 800 Dash combo...
i only managed to get to 778 Dash combo, and damn my thumb is hurting :/

I got it somewhere between 18 and 34. Completely drew down my special meter with my 34 streak. Might be a function of the size of your meter?

I crashed out on exactly 25 and it popped , I'd hit 22 on a previous attempt and nothing.

How exactly do you chain dash? I can't get more than 3 on the counter.

Don't worry about it, I figured it out. There's a rhythm to doing it, it starts off slowly and then speeds up.

Yes, i can confirm that it pops at 25. Thats how many i did to get it.
