Pretty much as it says, you need to beat 50 levels.
However! This has just popped for me, having not completed any levels, or at least no more than the same level a couple of times, when I was going for another achievement. So, I thought I would write a guide just to mention that this may be buggy, but in a helpful way.

Definitely bugged. Same as the 100 levels achievement.
