An easy way to get this with little effort is to play an ice arena in custom while using a mouse for controls. Normally on ice you would keep going in the last direction you went but with a mouse you just bob back and forth. Just make a survival type ice arena with no enemies, set it to 90 seconds, and restart after each instance.

I'll just add that each 90 second run adds about 2km if you turn on the Player-Speed-Fast modifier (about half that if not). Obviously this is best done if this is your last achievement you need (or are trying to unlock Surmounting the Impossible by unlocking this on WIN10 and then syncing to your Xbox).
