This is a fairly challenging one, with a little bit of luck imo.
I went counterclockwise (doesn't matter) and stayed in motion all the time. Sometimes, when the triangles spawn simultaneously from all sides, do a little s-curve to give them space to spawn when you approach their spawn at the rim. This will lead the following triangles further into the center, so you can move again to the rim and circle ahead.
TL;DR: go circle the rim, evade their spawn with curve.

- Restart the game, just to be safe. Some freeplay settings seem to mess up your next achievement attempt.
