From the main menu, select "Level Editor" and then select "Create New".
Select "Properties".
Go down and select "Modifiers".
Select "Player" and change the Speed to Fast or Slow.
Still under "Player", change the Size to Big, Small or Inflated (Note: if you choose inflated you can change the number of hits your HyperDot takes).
Press B and select "Arena".
Change the Type to Ice or Dark.
Change the Size to Big or Small.
Change Power Ups to On and select the Rate to be Low or High.
Press B until you return to the Level Editor Main Menu and select Test Level.
Your achievement should now unlock!

I also got the A True Artist achievement for doing this. 2 for the price of 1! Thanks for such a detailed guide

Just wanted to add I also got A true artist achievement here.
But i took it a step further (because i suck at normal gameplay on this as the levels get harder) and picked up "Collector" and "Powered up" here also! You can manipulate the game play and make it so the tokens and powers show up a lot faster than the enemies!!!
I put my player on fast and big, My arena was on Dark, big, Power up rates on high. Also on Survival so i can play the longest, put my time on 35 mins (Style minimal not sure if that matters just less distractions)
If you are going for Collecting tokens You'd have to put the mode in Collect and put tokens at the highest, and just keeping playing over and over. (Not sure how long this will take, mine popped first level i did because i had most done from campaign)
Also another note: Neither collector or powered up popped in game. So i played about 10 or so mins of just collecting everything, noticed my tracking was moving, so i went out to see how much it moved up and they both popped. So you have to finish go out of the level, then check to see if they tracked or popped and your progress. If you are just doing this with no campaign done then you might have to play for over 10 mins, I had my 25 levels done and died a lot during the campaign so i probably had it more than halfway done before going into this level.
