***THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE***
This achievement is for finding all 5 things requested on the Lost & Found page during the endgame.
Firstly and most importantly, YOU MUST DONATE 200 HYPNOCOIN TO THE SUBMARINE EXPEDITION ON NOVEMBER 5TH. If you don't do this then the achievement will become unobtainable on your current save file and unfortunately you will have to start over. I've just had to do this and with hindsight and knowledge of the game it's possible to go from starting a new file to getting this achievement within about 30 minutes so it's not too terrible as far as missable achievements go.
I won't break down the steps for the submarine expedition here but if you need them you can check my solution for
Once you've done this the next step is getting to the endgame where you gain access to the HAP. I'm not going to outline how to do this, either play through the game at your leisure or go find a full walkthrough.
Once you've installed the HAP you'll find a page called HAP Lost & Found and should receive an email about it. I believe at this point that finding these items, or at least some of them, is your main objective for the story. Hopefully on this page you should see a list of 5 items that various people are asking you to track down. 4 of them don't seem to have any prerequisites but the 5th one only appears if you donated to the submarine expedition. If you only see 4 sorry but you'll have to do this on a new game file.
To have reached this point in the game you'll need to have learned various tricks like how to access FLST pages and likely have access to tools like the 3y3, Dreamtoolz and can activate safemode.
I won't break down some of the more detailed steps in how to find the 5 items required for the achievement too much and for the most part will just outline how to reach these in the quickest/easiest way.
Consider these solutions to be essentially spoilers to figuring out puzzles which are part of the fun of the game but you're here so presumably you're ok with that.
LaF 001: Lost "The Chowder Man" Song (.hxt)
This one's simple. Go visit Chowder Man's FLST page (search f00088d) on either November 26th or December 31st. You don't even need to download the files, reaching this page is enough.
LaF 002: Lost Early Song Demo Recordings (of now-famous rapper!)
Navigate to the first page of the Freelands on November 26th. Switch the date to November 5th and travel up, up, left and down. The down arrow is not on a path and you'll need to scroll the page down to see it. On this page click on the big Kevvinn/microphone banner. You'll be treated to one of the most annoying songs in the game and just finding this pretty well hidden page will cross this item off the list.
Laf 003: Roddy's Early "Test Pet"
Another very simple one. Go to Roddy's FLST page (search f00021d) on November 5th. That's it.
LaF 004: Weird Secret "Eye" Cult?
This one is a bit more complicated and I think you're intended to put multiple pieces together to figure it out. However a very quick way to tick the item off the list is to do a search for
on any non-HAP date and visit the suspicious sounding page. Hint: it's not the one about SquisherZ. Clicking the big banner on this page will ask you for a password, which is
The idea is that you shouldn't have to do much digging to figure out that search term and password because Adrian is arrogant and not at all tech savvy.
Finding this password protected page crosses the item off the list.
LaF 005: Missing Person Dimitry Jackson
I think the main puzzle element of this one is that you had to donate to this guy on November 5th. Beyond that it's extremely easy. Switch the date to November 5th, go into your emails and find the ones from "deepin2thedeep" dated 1999.11.05. The earlier one you received will contain the link to be taken to his donation page. Visit this page and progress time through November 26th and December 31st to see how the expedition went. Viewing the December 31st version of this page will cross this off the list.
Even faster ways of doing this are clicking the email link while already on December 31st or if you followed this guy's expedition throughout the game you can find a direct link to the page as #95 on the December 31st HAP sheet.
Hopefully once you've found all 5 items you should pop the achievement. Revisiting the Lost & Found page shows each item's header crossed through and "FOUND" written by them.
