How to unlock the Gooped achievement in Hypnospace Outlaw - Definitive Guide

This is for closing the first case, finding Gumshoe Gooper images and reporting them for Copywrite Infringement.

Search for "gooper" in the browser search bar and it will show you all the pages with Gooper content that you can report.
- Abby’s World - AbbWrites58: Click through to "Gumshoe Gooper Art from my 1st Grade Class". Almost all of the kid's art is reportable. (lol)
- Sandy 4 Leader!: Contains a reportable Gumshoe Gooper render.
- Sandy’s Humor Page: Contains a reportable Gumshoe Gooper comic.

Once you're on the right page, there is a hammer icon to report a violation, and copyright infringement is the first option in the sidebar. Bring the hammer down on each image of gumshoe on the page.

You only need to report 3 images to close the case, but doing more will earn you more coins. You'll get a notice that you have mail when the case is ready to be closed.

You then need to go back to your email about the new case, push "Go to your assigned zones", "HSPD Cases" then push close case for the achievement to unlock. (thanks Zavistic).

Note: It didn't unlock right away for me on Win 10. I quit the game and it unlocked when I logged back in in-game.

I only get three links and nothing to do with gooper when I search for it =(
Also there's a lot of different laws to choose to report form and none of them works.
Can you please be a little more specifik?

I searched up "gooper" clicked on "Abby's world - AbbWrites58" then clicked "*Gumshoe Gooper Art from my 1st Grade Class*" then clicked the hammer icon, report image, then reported each of the fish looking thing on the page until it said I had mail.
You then need to go back to your email about the new case, push "Go to your assigned zones", "HSPD Cases" then push close case for the achievement to unlock.

What a bizarre game. My eyes hurt from looking at it for 15 minutes. It's just like the wild west days of dial-up modems, animated gifs, & Geocities' sites.

Yeah, didn't pop for me either (Win10). I closed the game and spotted a small "proper" Windows popup with an error message in it. Something like "xboxlachieve update failed" and a long string of numbers. Unfortunately it vanished before I could get a closer look. Went back into the game and still no achievement :(

UPDATE: deleted saved game, quit out, started again and it popped second time.
