Hypnospace Outlaw

I did this while completing CASE 7 (this can be missable if you rush the game):

1) Get a PET :

Go to Homepage => Teentopia => MUSHI OFFICIAL VIRTUAL PET ( or any pet you currently have in the homepage can be the hamster or squid). the pet cost 22Coins

2) Download the encrypted file :

Open Browser => Search (F00928A for T1mageddon) or (F00021D for Roddy ) => Click on first result => download the file 3y3.hei

3) Decrypt the file :

If you click on the file you just downloaded (3y3.hei) it will prompt you that the file is encrypted. To decrypt it, you will need to feed it to the pet. Drag the file.

Go to Download Manager => drag and drop 3y3 to your desktop (the one in the game ofc, and it will appear like a burger) => Drag the file on your pet. The pet will actually eat it (try to drag on his mouth, the animation is instantaneous. => After the pet eat the file, he will poop eat with a new icon.

4) Install the program:

Click on the freshly pooped file => install the AllSeeing EYE program.

5) Go to freelands game page

Go to Homepage => Starport Castle Dreamstation => Sovereign Alliance of Imagin => Come visit and explore the Freelands.

6) use the hidden boat to reach the island

Once in the homepage of the game, you will have a wood bridge with water, scroll the page to the bottom => Open the app All Seeing EYE from your desktop => Drag the eye to the bottom of the page (in the middle of the ocean ( https://imgur.com/0GDNxRA ) => Click on the boat

7) Get and Install DreamToolz :

Once on the island scroll down the page a little bit => click on the saw => Open Download Manager => install hypnos_dreamtoolz by clicking on the file => Click on the new icon in your desktop named HypnOS_deamtoolz

8) Donate :

On the program top right there is a button DONATE => Click => Insert a negative amount => OKAY => you get some Coins and the achievement

BONUS : if you add a large negative amount you will get a lot of coin.

To unlock this achievement you first need a pet (You can use the testpet from Roddy's flist page, the Angelic hamster or the Lovesquid). Then you need to download eye.hei/3y3.hei from T1mageddon's (F00928A)
or Roddy's (F00021D) flist page, and open it. It is encrypted and shows up as a sandwich/burger. Feed this to your pet, and a file should appear on the desktop. Click it and install 'AllSeeing3y3'. Open up the program and go to the freelands first page. Scroll to the bottom, and drag the eye over to find a boat. Click on the boat to be taken to a secret island. Here, download the HypnoS_Dreamtoolz. Once it has installed, click the debug menu and then the donate button. Put in a negative value (like -100) and you will get the achievement!

Edit 01/09/20: HypnoS_Dreamtoolz can also revive your desktop pet if you have accidentally killed them before going for this achievement :-)

I am unsure of the earliest this can be completed, but I did this during the epilogue, but before playing Outlaw 1.0
