Load up the Kitchen level in Free Roam and under the food table you will find a skateboard. Hop onto it and pin either L2 corner (
) or R2 corner (
) to it (pinning 
or 
will not work). Position the camera behind the skateboard and the other free corner (L2 or R2) in front of the pinned corner like in the picture:
Bread position on the skateboard doesn't matter (top, bottom, middle, left or right). Hold the free corner and stand up. Push
till you hit the cabinet ahead (or any wall) then allow the bread to fully come to a stop. The trophy description says to stand "upright" but you also need to stand still at the same time, after that go back 3 tiles and the trophy is yours.
This trophy doesn't register sometimes but using this method it works for me 95% of the time, so keep trying and you'll eventually get it.
This trophy may unlock randomly while riding the skateboard, much like The Bread Baron trophy.
