How to unlock the High-Roller achievement in I Am Bread - Definitive Guide
This achievement is the easiest of all the "A++ all X levels" achievements. Shouldn't take too long to do honestly. I've provided video guides with text tips for each level below, as well as difficulty ratings out of 5. Note: 5/5 does not mean that it is extremely hard and 1/5 does not mean that it is extremely easy. I just defaulted the easiest level to 1/5 and the hardest to 5/5, and based the rest of the ratings around those.
Level 1: Kitchen - Difficulty: 1/5
The level is very easy, but there are a few things worth clarifying about this route. When you are dropping down from the fridge to the sink, make sure you slow down before the drop, as to not hit the cupboard in front of you. You want to fall all the way down to the sink without hitting anything on the way down, cause that'll slow you down significantly. Then, continue along the route until you get to the ramp up to the counter. When going up this ramp, hit as soon as you hit the checkpoint on the counter. Then run through the last ramp of the level to finish. You're going to want to beat 25 seconds.
Level 2: Lounge - Difficulty: 2/5
This one is a bit harder, mainly because of the shelves at the beginning and the tiny ramp under the table. I found the easiest way to traverse the shelves was to go to the right of the items on the first shelf, then to the left of the items on the second shelf. From there, just loop around and follow the path, but once you get to the table, you're going to need to hit the tiny ramp to launch under the table. Without it, hitting the required time is almost impossible. Make sure to follow it up by hitting the remaining speed boosts. Aim for 20 seconds.
Level 3: Bedroom - Difficulty: 4/5
This level is the trickiest so far, because it involves some climbing, but the time is very lenient. When going from the dresser to the shelf, you want to take the ramp on the right, and try to latch up as high as possible on the wall. From there, climb your way up to the next shelf, then up to the door. From there, simply follow the path. It's quite easy from that point on. Shoot for 43 seconds.
Level 4: Bathroom - Difficulty: 3/5
The level is quite technical, but very forgiving, and resetting can be abused a lot. On the 7th checkpoint (the one on the side of the bathtub near the wall), the second you hit the checkpoint, hit so you don't have to climb up the step. I didn't do this in the video because I got lucky with my momentum and got up the step without the need. Then, once you get to the bridge/ramp from the table to the toilet, take the bridge on the right, even though it doesn't have a speed boost. The second you hit the checkpoint on the window sill, hit again to skip needing to loop around and align yourself. From here, take the last few ramps to complete the level. You're gonna want 26 seconds or less.
Level 5: Garage - Difficulty: 5/5
Definitely the hardest level because the time is not very forgiving, and there is zero room for error on this level. After the first checkpoint, you're going to want to go over the plates and across the bridge. Traverse the path from there on, and once you get to the part with the red pot and the two blue vases. Make sure you go between the red pot and the two vases without hitting them. This is the only way to prevent losing valuable momentum, and it's very important to maintain that. Now, go as quickly as possible through the next few checkpoints and drop down to the floor when you need to. The second you hit the checkpoint, hit , then take off for the end of the level at the top of the ramp. 36 seconds should get you the A++.
Level 6: Garden - Difficulty: 2/5
This level is the most forgiving of all the levels, and not very technical. You likely wont need to reset anywhere, so just follow the path. I would say that you need to be careful when traversing around the car seat, under the car and up the front step, but as you can see in the video, all of these spots went really poorly for me and I still pulled off an A++. Hit as many speed boosts as possible, but it's not the end of the run if you happen to miss one or two. 40 seconds will do it.
Level 7: Petrol Station - Difficulty: 2/5
The beginning of the level is definitely the hardest part. Just worm your way down the ramps and over the forked bridge. You may want to reset at the checkpoint right before it to get auto-aligned for the bridge, as it can be a bit tricky. Work your way through the car. If you miss any of the ramps, it's probably worth a restart, but the ramps are quite wide so that shouldn't happen. Then, jump up to the electrical box and reset right as you hit the checkpoint on it. Ramp up to the shelf and continue along the path. Once you're down on the ground, try to stick along the far right of the path where the speed boosts are, and head up into the garbage truck to finish the level. 40 seconds will do it for this level as well.

I honestly thought the level 5 was a 3/5 and not a 5/5. The level did take 2 or 3 tries and it was honestly a very good level to play. I mostly had trouble with level 3, the bedroom, mostly because I was horrible at having a good grip on the wall since I was used to just rolling as the bagel. As a bagel, it would be very hard to climb the wall and it would be very difficult to climb the wall more effectively than bread. I couldn't make it on time because of the wall, and I wasn't used to climbing on the wall with the bagel, others might have the same problem as me.

- At any moment during a race you can press to reset the bagel to the last checkpoint reached. When the bagel is reset it will be facing the direction it is supposed to go. This can be utilized to reach some checkpoints earlier. So you can just hit the checkpoint in any way and reset the bagel right after to continue.
- Some of the boost pads will give you a huge boost that you will hardly be able to control the bagel afterwards, these need to be avoided unless you want a record. Other pads will give a slight push that you will not even notice but multiple consecutive ones will help climb a ramp for example. Anyways try not to miss any pad to attain the A++ with ease.
Kitchen
Time required for A++: Less than 26 seconds

During the countdown have a look to the plates in the sink. If one is blocking the way you need to avoid it by dropping to the right edge of the sink instead of the middle of it or onto the plates.
Slow down before dropping down to the sink and do not ignore the boost pad at the exit of the sink, this one is what will mostly determine you get A++ or not in this level. Try your best not to hit the cooking pots afterwards.
Lounge
Time required for A++: Less than 20 seconds

It is better to avoid the boost pad that's in front of the sandels once you fall to the ground .. sometimes it will overboost you and ruin your run.
Bedroom
Time required for A++: Less than 43 seconds

To climb the wall grip it with either or and move right (better than left) and hold the other trigger then just go up or up-right alternating between and .
Slow down for the checkpoint just below the shelf with the books.
Be on the left side of the last ramp for the last checkpoint.
Bathroom
Time required for A++: Less than 26 seconds

Be in the middle of the last ramp and when you reach the half of it do not do anything, the bagel will be launched and it will hit the tool board and drop in the decorated plate where the last checkpoint is.
Garden
Time required for A++: Less than 46 seconds

Slow down before the first checkpoint and do not forget to reset whenever you need to.
Petrol Station
Time required for A++: Less than 41 seconds

Just ignore the long boost in the last turn before the last ramp.
