On level 1, as you enter the kitchen you'll notice there is a stove. You can turn on the two front burners, and this will count as two separate heat sources. To turn the burners on, just maneuver yourself so the the two front knobs, on the front right on top of the stove, rotate clockwise. You will see the burners glow red. Just cook one side on each burner and it should pop.
NOTE: One person reported this didn't work for them. If this happens to you, you can use the burner and then use the oven right below, or even the toaster on the adjacent counter.

Not sure why this glitched on me, but just using two different burners did not work for me. I finally got it to unlock by cooking both sides to 50% on the stove, then the other 50 in the oven.

On the garden level, make your way toward the grill. On the shelf above the grill there is a box of matches. Grab one of the loose matches and strike it on the side of the box. The match will light up and begin to toast the bread (first source). Drop down into the grill, where the match will fire up the grill (second source). Continue toasting until both sides are 100%. Achievement should pop immediately.

The rocket and the stove in the kitchen is the fastest option for this trophy. With the rocket you only need the sides of the bread to appear in the lower right corner of the screen, you don't need to even toast 1%.

You can also light one of the matches on the shelf in the garden, use it as a first source of heat and then drop it on the grill and that's the second source of heat.
If you don't like these two options then you can die twice in the sink just below where you spawn in the bathroom, get the marmalade and then use the hair dryer and the radiator (both need to be switched on before use).
