You start in the Garbage Truck on the Final Level, "Petrol Station". Just play on Free Roam mode and climb to the top.

You start the level inside the truck. Just climb the walls to the top.
Easy Done.

In free roam choose the baguette and load up the Petrol Station level, attach something to the baguette then fly and land on top of the truck inside which you spawn.
