How to unlock the I Am Iron Fish achievement in I Am Fish - Definitive Guide

This achievement is challenging because in Iron Fish mode there are no checkpoints & you have probably noticed by now that dying alot is a thing in I am Fish.
You should go for this achievement & the games hardest achivement - You thought This Game Was Easy? together because it's the same challenge, but for that one you must use Bossa Style controls as well!
Follow this guide to get both achievements. You must complete all 14 levels of the game. If you die you go back to the start of the level you are playing.
Below is my complete video guide with tips on how to get through each level unscathed.
I recommend that you keep your save file from your normal playthrough and use its checkpoint select feature in the pause menu to practise any challenging sections towards the end of the harder levels.
Please note that 40 bread pieces are required to unlock the last level (Barnardshire Space Agency) so my guide shows you the 40 easiest pieces of bread to collect without needing to replay levels down the many alternate paths. If you have trouble with any of my choices it's no big deal, just replay level 1 down an alternate path to grab an extra piece.

Regarding the 3rd phase of the flying fish in Iron Fish mode I will leave a video for solution.
Basically when you are on the last conveyor belt before entering the teleport to the plane you must fly to the exit of the suitcase and then drop into the suitcase on the next map.
