This achievement is for just starting the bonus level.
To unlock the bonus level, firstly you have to have completed the game - namely get all 4 fish to the ocean by completing their 3 levels, and then finishing the team mission, the aquarium.
In addition, you have to have collected 40 stars and 40 pieces of bread throughout the game.
When you have done all this, you can start the bonus level in space and the achievement will unlock right at the start.
