I'm on Observation Duty 6

Will sometimes appear on the Summer Cottage level on both the Sauna camera and Warehouse camera. For Sauna, it will be lurking around the left side of the sauna building. Every time I saw it on Warehouse, it rushed the camera too fast for the report to complete and gave me a game over. So you probably need to catch him at the Sauna first before it can switch locations.

It is not a guaranteed spawn every game and may take you several plays to see it.
