This will almost definitely happen while just playing the game. If somehow you beat all the levels without getting killed jusr let a soldier shoot you to death.

Load up the first level outside the tutorial level, run over to the soldiers and get shot. Disintegrated zombie. Bleep bloop.

This should come naturally, but if you are having trouble with this, walk close to a soldier so it notices you and begins firing. Stay back far enough that you can’t turn him into a zombie and eventually he should kill you.
