How to unlock the No leader is perfect achievement in I, Zombie - Definitive Guide

This achievement is super easy. Just give your zombies an order to attack soldiers, one of them will probably be killed.

Have your zombies follow to you to one of the enemies but don't use the order to attack. Just simply have them follow you to the enemy and maneuver so the zombies are between you and the enemy and they will most likely be shot and killed. You will most likely get this on the first level outside the tutorial level.

You are more than likely going to get this without even trying. All you have to do is turn a civilian/soldier into a zombie and then let it get killed by a soldier or turret. Once it dies, the trophy will pop.

Simply let one of the zombies you control die. This will probably come naturally, but if you want to do it yourself simply send a single zombie against two soldiers; they are pretty much guaranteed to die.
