Most likely the first achievement you will get in the game. Chase the human and make contact with him and drain his health bar which only takes a second and he will turn into a zombie. Bleep bloop.

Finish the tutorial, to complete it you have to eat a human.

This will be the very first trophy that you get as it is a requirement to turn a human into a zombie in the tutorial level. Just run across the screen and turn the human into a zombie and the trophy will pop.
