How to unlock the Bad Ending achievement in Immortal Planet - Definitive Guide

Defeat each area boss twice in each of the three zones - Archives, Prison, and Fortress. Upon doing so, you can now face the final boss by dropping down the hole in the floor near center frozen NPC. Upon beating the final boss, interact with the two panels and sit in the escape chair to score the achievement.
As for the boss fight, he has a large hammer he likes to use, as well as seeker orbs and a few other tricks. He will also spawn two copies of himself. These copies will die in one hit but he will replace them almost instantly.
The boss will go down to roughly half health and then fully heal. He will do this twice. The third time he will no longer heal and you can finish him off. I found the Throwing Knife item and/or Wingrazor weapon to be quite good here as I could throw them at the boss while keeping my distance from his clones.

Wingrazor certainly makes it easier 
Also you can cancel his heal with a stun. I did it with lightning. Hit him low enough that he does it (1/3 health left or maybe below half I guess?) and then shoot lightning when you see him start to heal. I assume things that stun like the grenades would work too, but lightning is pretty quick so I'd guess it's ideal. He won't try to heal again, or at least he didn't for me. I saw some posts on the steam forums that say the same, so it appears to be intended (or a bug?).
